If there is one thing Carol Burnett can do better than anyone else, it is talk at length, impromptu, before a live audience. Laughter and Reflection, Burnett's off-the-cuff banter, is a format that grew out of the question-and-answer sessions she shared with her studio audience on each episode of The Carol Burnett Show. This is a rare opportunity to talk to Ms. Burnett in the same enjoyable and intimate audience-interactive format. Come with your questions and share in the fun with one of the country's most loved and respected performers.
Carol Burnett is widely recognized by the public and her peers for her work on stage and screen, most notably The Carol Burnett Show, which ran for 11 years and garnered 25 Emmy Awards. Carol has also penned two New York Times Bestsellers, This Time Together: Laughter and Reflection and her autobiography, One More Time. She is a Kennedy Center Honoree, recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, a Grammy nominee and Peabody Award winner. In addition to her work in television, she appeared on Broadway, originating the role of “Princess Winifred” in Once Upon a Mattress and starring in Moon Over Buffalo, Fade Out/Fade In and Putting It Together. In recent years, Carol has been seen in television on glee and her Emmy nominated performance on Law and Order: SVU.
